5/5/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved 1.Behavior: QMHP-C greeted Client upon arrival to the home setting. Upon arrival to the home setting, Client appeared to be in a foul mood. QMHP-C inquired about feelings as to why she wasn’t in a good mood. Client indicated to QMHP-C that she is just tired of her mother and others are just getting on her nerves and then she tries to bring others into their arguments and then she has to end up fussing with everyone. 2. Behavior: QMHP-C informed Client that this portion of the session was going to focus on her disrespectful behaviors and respecting those who are in authority. QMHP-C also informed Client that this session was going to consist of a family session with her mother. 1.Intervention: QMHP-C began the session by inquiring about Client’s current thoughts, feelings, and expressing. QMHP-C explored Client's disrespectful behaviors in the home with her mother. QMHP-C discussed how Client's disrespectful behaviors have continues to be displayed in the home setting and with other authority figures. QMHP-C encouraged Client to express her feelings and thoughts to her mother concerning her behaviors and triggers that cause her disrespectful demeanor. 2. Intervention: QMHP-C actively listened to Client and mother report incidents in the home that's caused some negative interaction among each other. QMHP-C inquired about Client's expectations and how she would want to see things be different between her and mother. QMHP-C discussed age-appropriate consequences for Client's actions and processed on how her behaviors are projected onto others. 1. Response: Client appeared to be receptive to QMHP-Cs’ interventions and services that were provided during the session. Ms. Hodge reported that Client has been talking back and saying things under her breath in the past days. Ms. Hodge continued to discuss with QMHP-C that she just have to deal with Client and her disrespectfulness all the time and then the two of them will argue back and forth causing a lot of tension in the home. Client indicated to QMHP-C that continues to just do things and say things and act as though she is not going to say anything back to her. She shared that Client has been getting beyond herself lately. 2. Response: Ms. Hodge continued to report that she is going to cut Client off and she is not going to do “shit for her”. Client expressed to QMHP-C and her mother, “She think that I am supposed to do everything, go to school, go to work and everything else” (as she mentioned before). Client continued to express to QMHP-C that she does not mean to be disrespectful towards her mother but her mother just gets on her nerves.
